DMCA and IP Notice

Maison Calibre respects intellectual property and expects its users to do the same. Our faces, artwork, names and marks belong to us; see the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on maisoncalibre.watch, or content customers submit through our service, infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to our designated agent:

A notice should include:

1. your name, address, email and phone number, and a physical or electronic signature;
2. a description of the work you say is infringed;
3. a description of the material you say infringes, and where it is (a link where possible), with enough detail for us to find it;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Knowingly making a false claim may make you liable for damages.

Counter-notice

If we remove material and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details and signature, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found). We may restore the material after the period the law provides unless the complainant starts court action.

Trademarks and other rights

Report trademark, counterfeit or other intellectual property concerns to the same address with the details of the right and the content concerned. We may remove content and, for repeat infringers, close accounts.

Pirated or unlocked faces

If you find a Maison Calibre face being shared, sold or unlocked without a licence, tell us at info@bsvsoft.com.
